Payment
Payments may be made by Paypal, Revolution Money Exchange (RME), Google Checkout, or U.S. Postal Money Order.
PAYPAL:
Paypal allows you to pay by echeck or credit card. Simply choose paypal while checking out and follow the instructions.
REVOLUTION MONEY EXCHANGE:
If you would like to pay with RME, choose "other" as your payment preference, and send me a convo indicating that you would like to pay with RME. I will then send you an RME invoice from Tantalizing Stitches.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT:
If you would like to pay with Google Checkout, choose "other" as your payment preference, and send me a convo indicating that you would like to pay with Google Checkout. I will then send you a Google Checkout invoice from Tantalizing Stitches.
USPS MONEY ORDER:
U.S. Postal Service money orders are a safe, economical, and efficient way to send money through mail. If you would like to pay with this method, choose "other" as your payment preference, and send me a convo indicating when you have sent the payment. Shipping
SHIPPING CHARGE REFUND:
Shipping charges as made as fair as possible. If my estimated shipping charges are more than the actual cost, I always refund the difference.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Unless stated otherwise, domestic shipping is by FIRST CLASS mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Domestic shipments weighing over 13 ounces are sent Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Expedited Service is available for additional cost. Please convo for details. (Priority mail starts at $5.00).
International shipping is by INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS mail, unless other arrangements have been made.
TIMELINESS:
All items will be shipped within 2 days of receiving and clearing payment.
INSURANCE:
Insurance may be purchased for additional cost. Note that items lost or damaged during transit are not subject to refunds/exchanges unless insurance is purchased. Convo for more details.
Refunds and Exchanges
TIMING:
To request a refund or exchange, customer must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package.
LOSS / DAMAGE:
Items are packaged to prevent loss or damage. However, in the event of loss or damage, refunds are only provided if the customer has purchased insurance. See shipping policies above.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are only provided when item is not as described.
EXCHANGES:
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, the item may be exchanged subject to the following:
1) The item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it.
2) Shipping charges you previously paid for are forfeited.
3) $2 restocking fee applies.
4) You must contact me within 5 days of receipt of package.
5) Store credit will be given.
