Payment
Payments may be made by Credit Card, Paypal, Revolution Money Exchange (RME), Google Checkout, or U.S. Postal Money Order.
CREDIT CARD:
At this time, all credit card payments may be processed via Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary to process via Paypal. Simply choose Paypal as your source of payment. After being redirected to Paypal, you will have a choice to pay with or without a Paypal account. Follow the directions thereafter.
PAYPAL:
Paypal allows you to pay by echeck or credit card. Simply choose paypal during checking out and follow the instructions provided.
REVOLUTION MONEY EXCHANGE:
If you would like to pay with RME, during checkout choose "other" as your payment preference, and send El a convo or email indicating that you would like to pay with RME. She will then send you an RME invoice from Tantalizing Stitches.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT:
If you would like to pay with Google Checkout, during checkout choose "other" as your payment preference, and send El a convo or email indicating that you would like to pay with Google Checkout. She will then send you a Google Checkout invoice from Tantalizing Stitches.
USPS MONEY ORDER:
U.S. Postal Service money orders are a safe, economical, and efficient way to send money through mail. If you would like to pay with this method, choose "other" as your payment preference, and send El a convo or email indicating when you have sent the payment. Shipping
SHIPPING CHARGE:
Great news! TS has set maximum shipping charges! Even better . . . all shipping charges reflect only actual shipping costs.
Maximum shipping charges are Tantalizing Stitches is:
$6.50 within the United States;
$13.50 to Canada or Mexico; and
$15.50 to all other destinations.
These rates include the cost of insurance. The above rates do not apply in the exceptionally rare situation where U.S. Priority Flat Rate mail is not accepted.
If the customer is charged more than the above fees, Tantalizing Stitches will provide an immediate refund. (If you fail to receive the refund please kindly remind El as she may have overlooked it.)
If the estimated shipping charges are less than the maximum shipping charge but more than one U.S. dollar above the actual cost, the customer will be reimbursed by way of including additional items to the order.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Unless stated otherwise, domestic shipping is by FIRST CLASS mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Domestic shipments weighing over 13 ounces are sent Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
Expedited Service is available for additional cost. Please convo for details. (U.S. Priority mail starts at $5.00; U.S. Express mail ranges around $18.00).
International shipments weighing less than 16 ounces are sent by INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS mail, unless other arrangements have been made. International shipments weighing 16 ounces or more are sent International Priority Mail Flat Rate where accepted.
TIMELINESS:
All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within two days of the receipt of a cleared payment. Orders, however, are generally sent the next business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
TIMING:
To request a refund or exchange, the customer must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by convo or by email at el [!at] tantalizingstitches.com.
LOSS / DAMAGE:
Items are packaged to prevent loss or damage. In the event of damage due to shipping, please contact El within five days of receipt of the item to rectify the situation.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are only provided when item is not as described. To receive a refund, please contact El by convo or by email within five business days.
EXCHANGES:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, the item may be exchanged for store credit subject to the following:
1) The item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it;
2) Shipping charges you previously paid for are forfeited;
3) $2 restocking fee applies;
4) You must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by convo or by email at el [!at] tantailizingstitches.com; and
5) Store credit will be given.
